Small bouquets of sugared flowers consisting of 2 roses, and rose leaves. Medium bouquet has 3 – 4 roses and rose leaves. Large bouquets consist of 4 – 6 roses and rose leaves.

Date Required *

A minimum of 2 weeks required for cakes sized between 8" – 10" and 3 weeks for cakes sized 12" – 14". Please call shop number if you require further assistance with this.

Customer Instructions

Please tell us if you require "Happy Birthday" or a similar message piped on the cake in your chosen cake colour.

Product Description

An 8″ (approx. 20cm) none iced Rum Cake that is moist, full flavoured, creating a mellow warmth from the Caribbean rum used to baste it. A unique bespoke experience, from an old family recipe that gives you a wonderfully light texture.

For decorators who prefer not to bake, or for those with no time for baking this cake is an exceptional base.

This cake is 2.5 – 3” deep.

It is recommended that orders are made a couple of weeks prior to required date to enable the full flavour of your cake to mature. It can be frozen, placed in an air tight tin until your ready to cover it.

Each cake is packed in a White Cake box for protection during transportation. A local currier service is used for delivery.
